It's not nice to make fun of someone having a miscatriage.
Different strokes, I suppose. My friend had a miscarriage when she was a lot younger and she says shit like this is actually helpful as it helps normalise it for her. Solidarity in knowing she isn't the only one who has ever suffered like that.
