Correct, the first part does double duty calling him a twit and harkening back to his tendency to tweet all his stupid, vile ~~thoughts~~ incoherent ramblings before he got temporarily kicked off Twitter for inciting an insurrection. Chosen by me in this particular instance for the Hitler comparison, though that part is losing some of its power as his followers become more and more open about embracing the similarities.
In case anyone hasn't seen this, I'm posting it again. Here is what Kimmel did that was so wrong. He showed trump completely not care about kirk's death.
