Sounds like leaving that platform was a good idea after all. After about a week I didn't care about reddit at all. Good riddance and I love to see it fail.
I strongly advise everyone who came here from reddit to go back to their highest-upvoted comments and edit them to be completely nonsensical. Create a nonsense collection of words and replace the whole thing, paste it above, below, in the middle, or something.
These LLMs need to be poisoned beyond recovery, sooner rather than later.
Hell don't just stop at a couple comments. Poison the whole well. There's plenty of programs and scripts that will help you edit everything in Mass. Though might take a while.
When I poisoned my comments I focused on the highest upvoted ones based on the assumption whatever crawler they use will give more weight to those, thereby taking up that poison more strongly...
The thing is you may get flagged and reverted, being slow and careful may be the right option depending on who you are and how paranoid you are.
I'm a chill guy with centrist political opinions, and somehow I've been kicked out of multiple subreddits for „spreading extremist politics and misinformation” and the admins even threatened me with a sitewide ban for „spreading hate and violence, and threatening others”. It fucking sounds like I'm hitler or some shit. That site is an echo chamber just like twitter, but instead of sucking on the elongated musket, they goon to trans loli and kick you out for questioning their words
Define "trans loli". There are like 5 definitions that I can think of, with the ability to start political arguments ranging from freshly chopped wood to an incendiary grenade. (As with all trans stuff unfortunately)
being a normie is no longer a defense tbh... where we are going you either heil corporate or you get the rope.
Lol... first they came for ....
and mods did the execution...
This will break the site
Neat
~🎻~
Here a pic for you
Surely we can go deeper
Will redditors learn to ditch this toxic relationship?
This is actually one of the few decisions Reddit has made in recent years that I agree with. They're trying to eliminate the pattern of having "powermods" that just accumulate endless numbers of huge subreddits under their belts.
They're trying to ditch power mods that are humans and not under their control.
