I got air con last year. Found excellent black out blinds this summer. Have a good white noise/nature sounds app on my phone..... And then the kids start fighting at 8am so I've got to jump out of bed anyway.
As if my body cares.
As someone who's chronically disabled and have no sleep schedule, it's actually pretty horrible not having a dedicated time to wake up. Every day tends to blur and merge into each other.
