The President of the United States interfering in the internal affairs of private corporations, while the part of the electorate who gave him the job clutches their pearls about encroaching 'socialism'. Not even the most perverse satirical mind could make this shit up. The global supply of hallucinogens is grossly insufficient.

But there's clearly an overabundance of stupidity. They're acting like Idiocracy was a training video.

[-] [email protected] 11 points 1 month ago

Well, yeah, but what can one reasonably expect from a bunch of idiots but to miss the point? It's what they do best.

[-] [email protected] 5 points 1 month ago

Idiocracy was just a 101 level. Just a beginner. Our current reality seems to be taking that at least to the 407 level

That's the standard right wing operating procedure: "We are morally good, therefore we can do no wrong" and that leads to the classic "rules for thee but not for me". It hurts any logical brain.

I think I could grow enough hallucinogenic mushrooms for the entire world given the resources. Whole oats, coco-coir, industrial pressure cookers, sufficient space and people.

If that happened, I'd feel pretty good knowing I'm bringing the world into a better place.

...Well, you've got my vote.

My take of this is that their definition of socialism is "an economic system where all people appear to not be rich" while their definition of capitalism has to be "some people are super rich"...

Epstein files

Epstein files

Epstein files

Epstein files

Epstein files

Why are we talking about anything else but these? Are people already forgetting that their US president is a pedophile?

I do wonder if he bought Intel stock after saying that, knowing he'll say the opposite next week and sell it right back.

[-] [email protected] 23 points 1 month ago

Or, he has some inside information that the Intel CEO is going to resign and wants to pretend he has that kind of power.

[-] [email protected] 12 points 1 month ago

I do not wonder anymore because he and his little band of insider traders have done this many times already (when they're not too busy abusing minors).

[-] [email protected] 16 points 1 month ago

Trump is highly conflicted on the Epstein files and needs to remove himself from all influence over the case.

[-] [email protected] 4 points 1 month ago

How is he conflicted? He knows he's in them and doesn't want them released, so he's just going to pull his usual go to of "deflection" and "change the subject" until people forget.

[-] [email protected] 2 points 1 month ago

He’s definitely not conflicted with how he’s going to handle the situation until people forget about it, but he’s got a pretty severe conflict of interest in that he’s likely a party to the criminal activity outlined in those files.

I guess the Intel CEO needs to present a 24 karat gold gift.

Republicans from 2011:

[Republican Congressman Paul Ryan] told "Fox News Sunday." "We shouldn't be picking winners or losers in Washington. We should be setting the conditions for economic growth so that the private sector can create jobs. Washington is not good at picking winners and losers, so we shouldn't try." GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain echoed the advice. "The government should not be in the business of picking winners and losers because most of the time they pick the losers," he said.

warning: foxnews source

One thing I've learned in the past 10 years is that Republicans always abandon their previous "core principles" with astonishing ease to chase the Party Line in goose step formation. Principles are never important to them. Only power. The real goals of the GOP are identical to INGSOC.

He's the president of Intel too?

The orange child molester also just appointed himself head of the Olympic committee for 2028 in California and says he will control it with the military.

[-] [email protected] 5 points 1 month ago

The fact the Olympics are going to be in the state he most hates would make a boycott a win for him, plus he's heard there's a lot of fit teens in the Olympic changing rooms.

[-] [email protected] 5 points 1 month ago

Hopefully he will be dead by then.

I am looking forward to seeing internet video of somebody pissing on his grave when the time comes.

Funny off topic story.

When I was in grade 2 we were given asbestos to use in art class like clay. It was a very long time ago but I remember it was grey, felt nothing like clay. It was thick with soft spikes. When I heard asbestos was bad I wondered if it had affected me and I would die. Not so far.

Jimmy.... Intel, has been an embarrassment to this great company. People are saying, folks are, everyone is saying he's just, the worst. A travesty. Of the highest order. It's as if he was trying to push the market under. Like a. Well I should, people are saying I should ask him to step down but to them I say I won't I might suggest it, humbly, in the press. But I won't ask him to. He will though. We've spoken and he told me "Mr. President Mr. president, what can I do?" and I tell him you got a move the supply chain out of Taiwan. But he doesn't understand that so he won't.

me: god i can't wait for that disgusting piece of human garbage to die

someone: who the intel ceo or trump?

me: yes

[-] [email protected] 8 points 1 month ago

I am calling on Traitorapist Trump to resign immediately, with the same authority over Trump as Trump has over Intel.

[-] [email protected] 5 points 1 month ago

Imagine if president Clinton called for Trump to resign from his company back in the day when they briefly met during their visits to Epstein.

[-] [email protected] 2 points 1 month ago

I don't think that's how oligarchy works. The president is the servent of the billionaire CEOs, not the other way around. Know your place, dipshit. Did he not read the terms of selling his soul?

[-] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago

Didn’t the new CEO just start?
