Isn't this just normal daily life?
Yep! Pretty standard
Only 19/25 for me.
Them: How are you?
Me: I’m fine.
Couldn’t be further from the truth
24/25 - Can't nap if you can't sleep! [taps temple]
Everything but the second row because I distract myself from work, can’t nap, have an aversion to wearing “dirty” clothes, don’t cry anymore (thanks childhood), and also feel a compulsive need to shower everyday.
Plus in the shower I can pretend the world doesn’t exist as I destroy my skin because the water is hot enough to melt lead lol
In my experience depressed people also jerk off a lot
Oh, I don't tick one! Can't afford any medication, so no side effects for me. Unfortunately, it's the only one I don't tick.
Listening to sad playlists is a good sign: it shows that at least you feel something.
1/25 👍
22/25 - not bad
I ticked 4 boxes, no bingo, am I your king now?
1st row: Yes, Yes, Yes, No (It's not my fault my parents fucked up my brain), Yes
2nd row: No (Tired lol, how do people even become a workaholic?), Yes, Maybe, Yes (But its internal crying, its hard to actually cry with tears because I'm just so numb), OMG I'm in this picture (I kinda just wipe myself with wet paper towels most of the time so doesn't count as a shower)
3rd row: Yes (too many "what ifs" both of past and of futurr events), Yes, Yes (Feels like everyone is an adversary), Most of the time, Yes (so I just cry and watch youtube videos in bed)
4th row: Eh probably no, Yea (I just eat whenever I feel like), Yes, Messages? Don't got friends, Yes (My cat doesn't like me getting too touchy)
5th row: Yes, Yes, Not on medication right now, Yes, Too tired to make a playlist so I just play a song on repeat until I get bored and pick another.
23/25 finnaly a good grade somewhere
Several.
10/25 for me. No bingo here.
Same but I'm not at all sure that means we're not depressed.
And what if my bingo sheet has had the whole 5x5 grid filled in since early childhood...?
You had already medication since the childhood? (Bottom box 1000 medication side effects)
On bad days: 10
On average: 6
Probably about the same for me.
Roughly 15-17 of them.
14 currently, with 5 more medicated/therapied away and 1 fixed by circumstance.
19/25. What's that, a B-?
All I know is tonight im hurting the worse it's been in a while. I can't get enough air to fill my lungs. I feel pain in my bones and I feel numb at the same time. There are people around me but I feel alone. Black liquid pulls me under, fills my lungs.
Wrong. Redo. Too universal, "ticks" for everyone.
- Why would I? Summer, hot bed. Sheet sticks to the body. Pffft. Better to get up.
- Not often per se, but too often. I'm not fine, so any number is too often.
- Never had any interest in "daily activities". Nobody does. They are "daily". I've done them many times. Nothing new. Boring.
- Burden? Well, I'm sure some people around don't like me.
- Sleep troubles. I live in a society, you know. I have neighbours. They have kids, dogs, idiocy they have too. Of course I have sleep troubles.
- Yes, I have the work I like and I tend to forget about shit while I work.
- Sleep troubles, remember? So 7-hour night nap, disturbed by neighbours.
- I change clothes when they are dirty or need fixing, not by some schedule.
- Crying isn't a part of my culture, so no. Anyway, it doesn't help.
- I wash myself when I need that, not by some schedule.
- Thinking is a part of my profession and me. I'm an engineer and therefore I think.
- Yes, I don't have much energy. Very few people have.
- Yes, survival. I live in a war-torn 3rd-world country. What would you expect?
- Suicidal thoughts? No.
- #12 + I still have things to do.
- Yes, I'm polite. I know when I should present a smile or some kind words.
- Yes, too many people have problems with the amount of food. Don't know why.
- I am lazy, I know that.
- Some messages just don't demand to be replied but I reply to them later just because #16.
- Lonely?! I have too many people around me! I want calm and silence for a second!
- Yes, I avoid places where there are even more people. But I still can meet a friend or two from time to time.
- Anxiety. Yes, too many idiots around me who are actively bothering me. Infuriating.
- I'm too poor to afford "1000 medication". I don't take any medication except for alcohol.
- Physical fatigue? Nah, just lazy.
- I listen to very difficult music. But very rarely.
Crying does help, and I'm saying this as an 40ish year old male. Both mentally and physically.
I very rarely do, because I was raised in a home where it wasn't allowed unless you wanted to get punished even more. Later in life it has on occasion helped me immensely.
You should perhaps read up on what exactly happens in our bodies when we do cry, I think you'd be surprised. It's something that we do for a very good reason.
Also, 18 picks for me, if someone reads this far.
Is there a reason it's a bi flag...?
