When you post on hexbear, you're posting with Stalin stalin-heart

Then where do you post with Churchill or Mussolini?

I feel like my experiences with reddit don't mirror the horrible experiences people seem to have here, but I also only post in like a few small shitposting subs. I couldn't imagine trying to talk politics on that site.

It's been okay for niche stuff and has helped with trans resources

This. I do not interact with reddit-logo anymore. Holy shit though if I don't type "[obscure problem I'm having] reddit" into a search engine, and immediately find a solution. It is an enormous resource. I just wish the general population weren't such a bunch of shitbags.

Case in point: I was on the transhumanism subreddit a couple days ago, lurking, and I saw someone posted the actual transhumanist manifesto. Invariably a bunch of chuds oozed out of the woodwork to shit on LGBT people.

Apparently, according to reddit-logo "transhumanism" is licking elon's boots. Who knew?
