As much as I know Hungarian bureaucracy, they might just say fuck it and count these as valid.

Damn. Well, now we definitely need to shoot for a lot more than a million.

Let's go for two!

This was only posted 4 hours ago. The spike has been going for 48 hours before that, so 4chan has not been spreading instructions on how to do it until just now?

Edit: Checking 4chan out, the majority of users seem to be celebrating it, genuinely wishing to support it, and are signing it once, legitimately.

When I saw the signatures shooting up, I was worried about this kind of stuff.

Can't have nice things because of these kinds of idiots. They should go touch some grass...

It’s always so gross when people cheat…

at the present trajectory (hoping that the vast majority of signatures are genuine), I don't think 1200000 would be out of the question by the deadline.

That said, I worry that interest will drop off pretty sharply after the 100% mark.

The present trajectory is over 100k a day.

That'd make for about 4 million by the end of the month. A LOT more than a mere 20% past the goal.

But my worry is the same. People should keep signing, both to make a point, and to compensate for any foul play, but hearing "it passed" a lot of people will instantly decide not to bother.

[EU/UK] Stop Killing Games:

The consumer movement to stop game publishers from destroying older games with kill switches.

The goal is to reach 1 million signatures in the EU so that the european parliament will respond to the initiative that then leads to regulation that requires end-of-life plans for games to stay playable.
