My cousin died of that. I still remember her face in the casket. So unrecognizable due to all the pregnancy bloating. She was such a beautiful woman. Her kids are doing good by her but ectopic pregnancies are nothing to laugh at. You as the pregnant person are given a choice, do you want to stay a live or have the baby. Then you go under. My cousin never woke up. I highly doubt that she would be smiling holding the baby clothes if the baby had died. And she knew of this too late to abort and too early in the pregnancy to not realize she was going to die. Imagine knowing the exact time, place and reason for your death and not actually be able to prevent it.
