Or, as my boss in HR put it to me a year ago, "can we use this in recruiting?", to which I replied we should wait 10 years for the first round of lawsuits to pan out, which will lead to some improvements and guardrails and perhaps transparency behind algorithms and then make anore informed choice on whether it can be legally (let alone ethically and dependably) implemented. When some of the recent lawsuits hit the news this year she was the first to send them to me shaking her head at other companies being stupid and doing it. Had I not argued against them she 100% would have gone for it.
No, AI is a tool for mass control which is in itself certainly unethical.
