What are less-lethal weapons?
“Less than lethal” just means isn’t designed to kill you like a bullet is but most less than lethal stuff fired out of a gun will permanently fuck you up. Someone lost an eye during the George Floyd protests from a less than lethal round. Getting hit by rubber bullets or a bean bag round at close range will easily break bones.

In the past things like rubber bullets and tasers were termed "non-lethal" weapons, but of course people still die from those. The change in terminology is intended to reflect reality.

Need to somehow cast ICE as more manly and scarier than LAPD. Get the badges to interfere with one another.
If only LAPD would pull a Rodney King on ICE.
