It's a cliche but my cats! They're such simple creatures they just nap, scamper and snack. They'll come over for cuddles and they're just lovely
It’s the same for me but it’s my two chihuahuas. I work from home and they’re always by my side: we go on walks together, and I give them lots of attention throughout the day. Hell, I spend more time with them than I do my wife (who works 30 mi away)! They understand me and I understand them.
The nice weather where I live. At the moment it is between 15 and 23 °C, depending on the time of the day, and a mixture between sun and a lot of rain. I am so relieved for the plants, and really like the smell of the rain!
Tomorrow I'm grabbing a large pizza and showing a friend The Shawshank Redemption. I know they will love it. That's been making me smile.

I'm pretty happy it's Friday and I had a good sleep last night.

Smiles from strangers. When you're out and about doing your thing and make eye contact and share a genuine smiling or happy moment with someone random. Whether it's because you both just see each other, or you're both awkward polite people, or it's because you're checking each other out.
