Has anyone tried making an analogue-looking thermometer that also has weather prediction data? Then you'd only need to look outside

That's kind of what a barometer is.
I meant like a weather app with whole day predictions, but outside in place of a regular (mercury) thermometer. I hate using the word "smart", it just has to show stuff from some weather api, maybe on an e-ink/stn display?
Literally doing this right now. And not stopping, apparently.
