Seems really cool. I haven't gotten to test it out yet, so I'm not sure how well steam game licenses work with it yet

interesting, wonder if this works better than local mp mods, would it be like lan except it runs two game sessions of your computer

I was looking for such a thing for my ChimeraOS machine. I like the dev's honesty about his skills and will maybe do some bug reporting !

Steam has joy-con support built in! Depending on the game you want to play, you might be able to get away with two half-controllers.
