That the idea of a constant Barbie-box description "self" is a fiction. Failure to discover "who I really am" wasn't proof that I was faulty, just the normal human experience before cultural and social conditioning.

Being told about different colour backgrounds for Microsoft office changed my life. I honestly thought writing looked blurry to everyone till I saw that!

That the super sharp, unbelievably unpleasant feeling you get from even the smallest rejection has a name and is pretty common with ADHD, but is not, in fact, the way most people feel. (It's called Rejection Dysphoria, by the way.)
