Someone made a post that is at least irrelevant to [email protected] and is asking people to pay money for their ebook, which would be considered unsolicited advertising, i.e. spam.

I removed the post from [email protected]. Though I have not banned the user or removed their other posts. At least not yet. Their repeated requests for ko-fi donations does look spammy, but they do link to free copies to their writing. In the post you referenced there's a Google Docs link to the book farther down. I'm not sure if the user is only here to panhandle or if they are just tone-deaf.

Cool, I removed the post & will keep an eye on the community.

ETA, is it possible to modify the name to just "Hair"? I would like it to be more clear it's for all hair types.

You can change the visual name of a community, but you cannot change its slug. You would have to create a new community.

Done, thanks. Also the old mod resurfaced when I acquired it, so I added her back in as a mod too.
