Hell yeah! Good luck! I've thought about doing that myself. Sometimes when I'm dozing to permaculture vids the algorithm takes me to mycology land.

Do you have a favourite recipe for oyster mushroom jerky? I love the stuff but have never made it
I've never tried making it before, so it's gonna be two new attempts at something
incredible, its on my bucket list to do a little mycology at some point. oyster mushrooms are so tasty

I know it's a commonly grown edible mushroom, but is there a particular reason you picked oyster mushrooms?
The main thing I looked for was beginner-friendliness, but I'd by lying if I said i didn't initially just think they look really cool and alien
Unlimited "free" oyster mushrooms seems like a real life cheatcode
I've heard they can even live off shredded cardboard. It'll be very interesting to see where else they'll grow, I'll have plenty of spores...
Hell yeah. Oysters are expensive to buy, but so good. I need to grow some (and chanterelle)
