I don't feel like running through the numbers, but considering the much lower concentration of hormones in blood than the blood alcohol of intoxicated people, I think you're going to end up with an even more extreme example of XKCD's blood alcohol cannibalism.
Actually, I do feel like doing the math. I'll do it for estrogen. There's about 5 liters of blood in the average human body. Let's say you consume the blood only of women who have estradiol levels towards the higher range, at 400 picograms per mL. With a volume of 5 liters, that would mean each woman's blood would contain a total of 2e6 picograms, or .002 milligrams of estradiol. If you're aiming for a dose of say 6 mg of oral estradiol daily, then that will require the consumption of all of the blood of 3,000 women per day. You cannot of course consume that much blood, so let's assume you're just using the blood as a source of estrogen and refining it. You're going to have some losses, so let's make it a round 5,000 women per day, or 1.8 million per year. The total number of births each year in the US is about 3.6 million. So the US would be able to, for a time, maintain approximately one trans woman's HRT in this manner, though the population would decline over time.
