Ahmad Manasra has been reunited with his family, his lawyer Khaled Zabarqa told CNN.

“Ahmad has completed his 10-year sentence and he is a free person now,” Zabarqa said. “The Israeli authorities have imposed restriction on the family as far as holding a welcome ceremony for Ahmad or talking to the media. “

He is a "free person" who isn't allowed to celebrate his freedom

To add context: He helped his cousin stab two people, including another 13 year old child in a targeted attack against jews. Just because he didn't physically stab anyone doesn't mean he wasn't an active and willing accessory. This kid was not innocent.

Hopefully he turns his life around. Time will tell.
