Anyone else try out this game? I, uh, purchased it off a website 100% legally and I'm enjoying it. Blackjack is an easier game for my peanut monke brain to handle than balatro's poker and ridiculous multipliers where sometimes I need to bust out the calculator to make sure I can clear a blind. I am also really bad at math so there's that too.

I'm really enjoying the little renaissance of card games in the indie scene. The other day I downloaded forge the magic the gathering simulator to muck around and and learn how to play.

Magic is super fun, as long as you find normal people to play with. I find the people that go to games shops are…. Not normal, in my experience. A lot of smellyness and social awkwardness that makes people behave like assholes and children.

I played it but it always just left me wanting to play Balatro.

Also, nobody does the Balatro math everyone just plays on vibes
