That VW is a 68. It's not a fascist car any more than 1968 Germany was fascist.

While this is likely a fake image, this will happen with any old/new car collision because new cars are designed to crush like that.

Crumple zones keep you alive.

Notoriously, Cybertrucks are not designed with traditional crumple zones.

At least the Beetle is a durable car that is almost synonym with repairability, and served multiple generations of working class people.

And depending on the color you can make highschoolers punch each other just by driving around.

I've switched to blowing kisses at others in the car when seeing a bug. The expected response is "Om" like you're eating it. Precious bruises shouldn't be left for chance to decide.

You played with a color distinction?

All Beetles were slugbugs in my circle.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 hour ago

Yeah. You had to label the vehicle color to give the person a chance to visually locate it and retaliate before saying "no punch-backs". It was a whole ordeal.

"At least the fascists USED to make a better product"

So?

Are people just willy-nilly crashing these Cyber monstrosities or what? Knowing how few are actually on the road, the number of them involved in accidents seems way too high given average accident statistics.

This pic is very clearly AI generated.

I know it is, but my comment still applies. I see way more images and videos of Cybertruck crashes then seems reasonable for how many there are on the road. I didn't wonder if they're somehow more prone to accidents or if their drivers feel too safe and take bigger risks.

Obviously. If this was real, the cybertruck would be on fire.

GW Bush cut critical thinking out of America's public education, and no Dem.ever tried to fix it...

That was 2001.

So Americans that started school then (born mid 90s) likely were never taught that skill.

It's why Republicans "surprisingly" gained ground with the youth vote. Kids didn't "get more conservative" we just stopped teaching them how to use critical thinking.

Some learned outside of school. But a shit ton of this generation just believe whatever is in front of them, because that's all they were taught to do.

It's a great example of how Republicans have been using decades long plans, and neoliberals just show up every four years like a lazy groundhog and say they're the only option.

They are driven by idiots

Yeah, this is a good thing. If the car doesn't crumple, the energy goes into you, and you die.

Is there a point to generating these fake AI images anyway?
