Just two years ago, they were making plans — and inking power purchase agreements — based on a projected cost of $77 per megawatt hour, according to BloombergNEF. Now, it’s $114.

it will never be a priority in a world of record profits. the idea that people maybe need to not profit so much is not acceptable to those that actually can affect change.
