I'm really proud of my personal recipe I keep making because i totally winged it and then googled like a week later "how do I make the healthiest kind of stir fry" and it was basically exactly what I made. If I remember I'll write it down in the morning and send it to you if you want

Last night I tried my hand with cooking with seitan for the first real time(we don't talk about last time) and it turned out pretty fucking good.

Made a quick marinade with soy sauce and some random spices and let it set for like an hour then just fried it up in a pan with some evoo. I think it went a bit overboard with the soy sauce because it was pretty salty but other than that it was kind of awesome.

I can never really get a good crisp on my tofu so this being a relative success made me happy.

Trying to make my own soy milk today (well tomorrow bc the beans need to soak), not because I don't like the stuff at the store, or even because it's cheaper (it's not), but just because I thought it would be cool and fun. Hopefully it goes well
