It borders on aneurysm posting, but I think I got the point they were stumbling into:
In some jurisdictions, when you pay a security deposit to a landlord, they are required to pay interest on that amount.
I mean, this looks like gibberish spit out by a poorly trained AI.
Am I going to have to buy a Sovcit to English dictionary for my birthday? Just so that I can start to understand what basic starting positions these people think that they're communicating?
Seriously, when I read these sentences it just sounds like when Merlin starts shrinking all his possessions to get them inside the bag, in the "Sword in the Stone".
No such dictionary exists because anyone who knows how to write one is financially invested in everyone else not having access to it.
In other words, if anyone knew what this bullshit actually means, nobody would believe in it.
Which is why the Bible was only printed in Latin for a while.
