What is vegan fish sauce exactly?
the ingredients just list soybeans, water and salt. but it tastes different than soy sauce. it works great as a replacement for fish sauce in recipes that call for it. i'm surprised looking at the label and seeing that it doesn't have seaweed or something in it to give it that maritime flavor
