I respect Luigi... he saw a problem, put his mind to it and came up with a plan, which he executed very well. It seems like he had thought out everything well in advance, including all of the trolling details. What I don't get is why, after leaving the state, does it seem that his planning stopped? He could have had a car waiting for him in Altoona and then used it to drive to a national forest somewhere in the south where he could have camped out for a few months, laying low while his trail went cold and he was no longer on the tops of people's minds. Maybe shave his head and/or grow a beard. Then he could move to a hostel in San Francisco and pick a new target and start the cycle again - or just find a way out of the country and live out his days.
To be clear, I'm not advocating any of this, I'm just not sure why he made the choices he made when the rest of his plan seemed to be so well thought out.
