Water Rat and Mole picnic on the Thames.

Stop glorifying the grind and start glorifying whatever in the hell Wind in the Willows is.

Damn this reminds me of my friends three-point hammock-tent built for up to three people. He used to hang it high in the trees and then we'd climb up and... get higher. I think it was a tentsile.

Thanks for the memories.

Lasagna, check. Fat cat, check. Orange cat, check (although not the same as the fat cat. But both are Garfield tier lazy).

Today was a good day.

I would but I have never been able to successfully upload an image to Lemmy, no matter how much I compress and shrink it. And I'm supposed to be the computer genius in my family...

Somebody please explain the magic dimensions, file format & size I need to make image uploading work.

EDIT: To make clear, I'm sharing because I want to see your chill Sunday!

You could always use imgur and hotlink the image from imgur instead. This can allow you to try to bypass the sometimes frustrating image uploads to Lemmy. When you go to post it, it should look like this:

![](https://www.imgur.com/url)

Example using random imgur image:

Will show up as:

So all I need to to is add an exclamation mark to turn a link into a hotlink? It's really that simple?

Thank you.

[-] [email protected] 1 points 7 months ago* (last edited 7 months ago)

Oh, the exclamation mark and empty brackets ![] is to turn it into an embedded image. hotlinking is just using an imgur link inside the parenthesis (https://www.imgur.com/image.jpg) instead of the built-in lemmy photo service (https://pictrs.lemmy.world/pictrs/image/somethingsomething.webp?format=webp)

Either way you're welcome, always happy to be helpful!

Yeah that's what I meant. Same difference as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks again.

Everyday is both a workday and a weekend for me because I'm self employed

Shower is both the most comfortable and least comfortable part of the day because I wind myself up to work and either disappoint myself or sleep at... 03:21.
