Wanda is (sometimes) Romani in the comics, in the MCU she's "Sokovian" which seems to be a made-up South Slavic country, modeled after Bosnia-Herzegovina.
To be fair, Sokovia exists in the comics. I'd rather them making up new countries rather than fucking up for bad representation. But...
