In my country we say "se te esta frunciendo el orto" roughly translated to "your arsehole is getting crumpled"

"Orto" not especially but you can use "caraculico" assface is used for bad mooded people.
For the mean spirited person as in asshoke or asshat you have some options like
Puto
Turro
Forro
Chupaverga Hijo de puta
Conchudo
Pedazo de mierda
Cotorrudo
Cabeza de pija
And others options the list go on. Some will argue specific uses but the intentionality and semantics will remain.
