Human creativity is being crowded out everywhere by these labor-stealing derivative slop machines, and the longer this goes on, the more the slop machines will feed on slop machine content, diluting their own output the way Google's search engine became increasingly useless because of SEO contamination. Copy of a copy syndrome running rampant, all for the low low price of burning our remaining forests and drying up our remaining freshwater supplies.

I am fucking disgusted with the self-described "leftists" on Hexbear that stan for the fucking things in their present unchecked and ever-expanding database demands, now more than ever. Whether it's occultism-in-denial about the ascension of humanity's new masters/successors or just treat brain cravings for more cheap treats, it doesn't matter anymore. Their misanthropic selfishness and apathy is ruinous.

This may show my age, but whatever. Before 4chan was completely overrun by fascists because of the utter failure of "containment theory" that was /pol/, I used to post on /tg/ (traditional games, tabletop and the like) and that board started to get overrun with "simulator" posts. It became hard to find actual discussion of tabletop games because there was what was commonly called "elf slave what do" hog slop clogging up the first few pages.

Hog pandering is a ruinous industry and it's making art in general worse. The treat printers are directing the natural resources of the planet into accelerating the hog pandering.

Can feel you even without AI, clicking on "strategy" and having to wade though all those games that aren't strategy. And don't even let me start on RPG, that was disaster level years ago already.

Unless someone comes up with an effective signal-to-noise filter to get rid of all this shit in all aspects of the web, the internet will become entirely useless, save for forums and smaller/indie websites, basically any website that relies at least mostly on meaningful communication and human moderation (like here).

Honestly, that's almost a win/win now I think about it.
