Arthur Schopenhauer, a German philosopher, attempted to summarize every possible way to win an argument. I strongly recommend everyone read this, and familiarize themselves, so they can recognize when certain methods are being employed against them.

Innuendo Studios has a series covering popular bad faith arguments called "Alt-Right Playbook". I think these kinds of arguments are used so often that even people who aren't trying to push an agenda have started using them.
