You can search public groups using their search service, just don't forget to add using incognito profile.

I’ve tried using simplex but it’s simply (ahah) too slow for groups

I like it privacy wise but I think it’s better for small groups (<10) and 1 on 1 chats

Big chats are kinda a scam anyway, they should be forums lol

Agreed any relevant information just gets buried. I can't stand how some communities have been switching to Discord. You can never find anything, its a total mess.

Guess what...maggots use Telegram and signal and I still use them. If an app is not going to offer a group (piracy) that I am looking for I'm not using it.
