For the record, Hillary said she wanted the death penalty to be put in the hands of the federal government rather than the states because we would need it for "terrorists" like the pilots who accidentally flew their planes into those Jenga towers and ruined the game for everyone. It's all rhetoric though and that caveat was the nuance bomb needed to topple any clear position on the matter.
