No, they just put out social messaging that tries to convince people they are. "I love women and minorities" type shit that's paper-thin. If you look at their policies, business models, and campaign donations, it paints a very different story.

Most companies are cutthroat free-market capitalists (and therefore right-wing by definition), because that's what makes money and they have a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders.

No company will support regulations on its industry, which is what "the left" broadly wants to do.
