Not only is this downright batshit but the fact that you're cutting down a massive talent pool for medicine is nuts.
Not only that, but you are making the remaining pool worse. Throwing out high-scoring women in order to make space for men with lower scores isn't gonna lead to anything good

I mean, physicians unions do this world over to keep their income high. They make become a doctor prohibitively exclusive for this very reason
