I think it's partly because I speak a language that uses diacritics like a huge chunk of the languages here in Urop, so I tend to try to use them "correctly"; o isn't the same as รฒ.
Not dunking on anyone who doesn't do this though, this is just my autistic ass being autistic ๐
Just lettuce? No pork or shrimp? Some have noodles in them too.
Looks yummy. Add some rice noodles for filler, shrimp, maybe some more herbs, and that's my ideal weekend dinner.
Yeah, I should have taken a cross-sectional cut to show what was inside. Next time....
So what was inside besides lettuce?
I make these wraps sometimes, but I'll have to try a version with salad mix, and without noodles.
As I recall it was longaniza, cucumber, and carrots.
So refreshing! I could eat a whole plate of those.
What is the dip?
Looks like fish sauce. Smell can be overpowering, but the taste is great.
Seasoned vinaigrette.
I thought it was mold from the thumbnail.
Looks quite delicious.
