Sourdough crust with tomato sauce, topped with onions, pesto seitan sausage, artichoke, zucchini and cheese and half lemon olives.

Looks good (especially the crust). Did you use a pizza oven or a conventional one?

Thanks. On the stone in a conventional oven on convect roast at 260°C, only because it can't give me more, for 11 minutes.
