Yeah, it sounds like dystopian jargon for brainwashing, which usually amounts to inducing trauma or fear for control purposes. Lucky for us, it’s a much more banal form of jargon for challenging maladaptive thoughts. Basically just talk therapy. Class conscious agitation is itself a form of cognitive restructuring, assuming the person experiencing it is working class.

I dunno man I've had friends report troubles with this because through socialization they got a bit to into believing authority figures and getting to "your boss is a fucking moron" does help.

I see the dark potential here, no doubt in my mind about it, but for your mental health assuming your boss is a failson seems way better than taking it personally
