We will ban you if you insult, demean or harass anyone. That is not welcome behavior. This is distinctly different than ribbing or grilling someone.

This second part sounds a lot like "we can pretend to be your friends and insult you as much as you want, but retaliation is forbidden"

Can you explain the difference between actually upholding the first statement and what I've seen this turn out as, which is you insulting and demeaning anyone site regulars who know each other don't want to feel welcome for whatever reason?

first they came for the neuroatypical and i said nothing because my communities and resources resisted or evaded any of my work to utilize them and i masked constantly, then they came for me because they weren't done and i was high key all along
