Not sure I get it. Is this a parody of an ad campaign I haven't seen?
Not necessarily a parody but usually these kind of propaganda posters are anti drunk driving, this one is for it.
Reminds me of the south park episode where all the parents are getting drunk on the holidays so they can go for a drive and when drinking gets banned during the holidays they all are bummed out because what's the point of driving now .
