Shadowrun runs entirely on d6 dice. If you're not big into crunch, I've run multiple campaigns of the rules-lite version that's focused on storytelling called Anarchy. It needs a little home-brewing, imo, but is a good way to run it with folks that don't want to play Spreadsheet: The Gam.e

Deadlands is a fantasy horror wild west rpg run on d6, my personal pick is Traveller the og far future scifi game with lion and wolf people.

Blades in the Dark is a cool heist and organized crime drama ttrpg that uses d6 dice pools (usually not too many, 1 to 5 total)

There's also a mecha variant of BitD, Beam Saber

There are a lot of variants, so OP can probably find something they like.

Nice, there's some that I didn't even expect in here - like a magical girl RPG. Definitely something for everyone there!

A six sided dice where each side has an actual activity you can do IRL to organize instead of asking randoms on the internet which games you should play? wtf is this reddit tier shit lol

Cuz this is a less racist subreddit, but yes good point

Liar's Dice

Shooting Dice, which I just learned is also called street craps.

Troika is a tremendously fun and simple TTRPG that only uses d6 dice: https://www.troikarpg.com/resources

GURPS, the Generic Universal Roleplaying System, uses only d6, with the biggest rolls tending to max out around 10d6. It's very flexible, and is based around the power scale of "heroic realism", aka action movie schlock. Characters can do badass stuff but if you get shot you typically die pretty quick. I've used it to run/play in the following games:

  • cyberpunk heists
  • kung fu movie knockoff
  • D&D with the serial numbers filed off
  • tactical mech combat
  • rules-light game in not!Ancient Greece where the PCs were godlings
  • post-apocalyptic road trip
  • galactic merchants
  • rowdy teens vs sasquatch
  • the movie Alien
  • Delta Green with the serial numbers filed off
