Praying for a free Palestine in our lifetime.
In May of 2023, we hosted “Practicing for an Abolitionist World,” a virtual gathering for transformative justice, restorative justice, and community accountability practitioners from around the world, with the belief that community-based responses to harm know no borders and have always been global. In this new report, Transformative Justice Knows No Borders, we share learnings from that convening, including case studies from Kurdistan, India, the Philippines, and Argentina.
This report looks at the different languages and lineages people draw on in each of these places to root transformative justice practices in their local soil. Under each of their responses to interpersonal violence lies a vast network of care infrastructures that enable such responses — solidarity economies, self-governance systems, and new relationships to law and to each other. Built by movements, these are like the root systems and mycelial networks of fungi under the soil that enable plants and trees aboveground to thrive.
The genocide in Palestine, along with war, violence, repression, and rising authoritarianism around the world, have drawn our attention yet again to the interdependence of state violence at home and globally. This calls on us to weave transnational networks of resistance. We hope that this new resource can help you connect your organizing to a larger mycelial network that spans borders and states as part of the “Transformative Justice Transnational,” and that you find it useful as we collectively continue to weave transnational networks of care, healing, and justice.
When anarchism (or any other idea for that matter) is brought into new contexts, it necessarily enters into dialogue with the histories and traditions of that new context. When Mao Zedong Thought was all the rage during the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos Sr., this new idea was re-contextualized in the context of the history of revolutionary nationalism of the Katipunan, Andres Bonifacio, and the resistance to the American colonial State. Anarchism in the Philippines necessarily indigenizes itself into the Philippine context, something I’ve written about in the past on various libertarian elements in the Philippines.[1] My purpose here isn’t to restate what I’ve already written on previously but to expand the re-contextualization of the potentiality of anarchism in rebel peripheries to a distinctly anti-anarchist project: that of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP). As a Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad says “Seek knowledge even in China,” China being the furthest and most remote place in the ancient Arab imagination, urging that we ought to seek knowledge even from the most remote—or in this case, the strangest—of places.
The CPP, its armed wing the New People’s Army (NPA), and its front the National Democratic Front (NDF) have been waging Maoist armed struggle in the Philippines since 1969. In doing so, it has created a number of rebel peripheries in the countryside that exist outside the control of the Philippine State—in the anarchy of the peripheries. However, the longstanding second communist rebellion in the Philippines has to be placed in the historical context of anarchic and rebel peripheries in the archipelago. Once we move past and sublate the experiences of the Maoists for the revolutionary project of anarchism, we can then move on understanding the insurrectionary project of mamundok-in-place.
What binds these cases is not simply the betrayal of early ideals but the structure of the revolutionary movements themselves: the dominance of military actors, the centralisation of decision-making and the erasure of grassroots democratic input. Liberation became a state project, not a people’s movement. The result was not freedom but domination by a different set of elites.

In the current evolution of the so-called radical left in the so-called United States, one concerning trend is the growing popularity of Marxist-Leninist organizations, particularly among newly-activated young people. One organization that has been a major beneficiary of such a surge has been the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), which, though around for decades, has become more visible and active on the ground and online in recent years. FRSO’s article on their 2022 congress states that “[r]eflecting the rapid growth of FRSO over the last four years, this was the first congress for most attendees. While some of the participants were veterans of the communist movement with many decades of experience, the overwhelming majority were under 35 years old.” [1] This trend has continued.
FRSO’s program presents their goals and principles in an easily digestible format, divided into six sections. It is a quite basic Marxist-Leninist program and, as such, contains the flaws inherent to this organizational model, making for an uninspiring document outdated in its ideas and of little use. Fundamentally, it is stuck in a fetishized statist framework that conflates socialism with a planned state-capitalist economy, reinforces the colonial foundations on which the so-called United States is built, and spreads false information about its populations. We should criticize this anti-revolutionary program and challenge its growing influence.

What could be more indicative of a thirst for power and control than a perfectly level, uniform expanse of grass? Clearly, only someone with fascist tendencies would aspire to such impeccable orderliness, attempting to impose their oppressive standards on nature itself. Because nothing says "I want to dominate the world" quite like the pursuit of a weed-free lawn.
Consider the process of maintaining a lawn. It's essentially an exercise in subjugation. Mowing down innocent blades of grass week after week, enforcing a uniform height – it's like a tiny dictatorship being played out in your front yard. And let's not even mention the chemical warfare that goes on behind the scenes – those pesticides and fertilizers are the secret tools of aspiring autocrats, seeking to eliminate any form of diversity (read: weeds) in their quest for homogeneity.
But the plot thickens when we consider the boundary lines. The quintessential white picket fence, meticulously aligned with the driveway, serves as a clear metaphor for the barriers these so-called "lawn fascists" wish to erect between themselves and the rest of the world. Heaven forbid a dandelion or, heaven forbid, a clover should breach these sacred borders! It's not just a lawn, it's a fortified buffer zone against any hint of dissenting plant life.
And let's talk about the water consumption. While the rest of us worry about global water shortages and environmental sustainability, these lawn-loving authoritarians are apparently convinced that the well-being of their turf is of paramount importance. Are they hoarding water to fuel their nefarious plans for world domination? It wouldn't be surprising – every power-hungry despot needs a well-hydrated base of operations.
In conclusion, the evidence is irrefutable: anyone with a lawn is a fascist. The quest for a pristine lawn represents a disturbing desire for control, uniformity, and domination over the natural world. So, the next time you see a neatly trimmed yard, just remember – behind that innocent facade of green lies a potential dictator in the making, plotting to impose their authoritarian rule, one well-timed sprinkler cycle at a time.
Open Call: International Solidarity for Indonesian Democracy
Halt Indonesia's Slide into Military Dictatorship—Repeal the Authoritarian TNI Law Before It's Too Late!
We, Indonesian groups, organizations, activists, and individuals, raise our voices in outrage and condemnation as the Indonesian Parliament legalizes the revised Indonesian National Armed Forces Bill (UU TNI) today -- 20.03.2025. This law marks a devastating blow to democracy, human rights, and civilian supremacy in Indonesia, signaling a dangerous shift toward militarism and the rise of neo-fascist tendencies reminiscent of the dark days of the Suharto regime.
The revised UU TNI, now enacted, grants the military unprecedented powers to intervene in law enforcement, counter-terrorism, and civilian affairs. This blatant militarization of Indonesian society threatens to dismantle decades of democratic progress, suppress dissent, and institutionalize human rights violations. By eroding the boundary between military and civilian roles, this law entrenches authoritarianism and undermines the very foundations of democracy.
We cannot ignore the historical parallels. Under Suharto's military-backed dictatorship (1966–1998), Indonesia endured a brutal regime characterized by widespread human rights abuses, corruption, and the suppression of democracy. The military, or TNI, was a central pillar of Suharto's authoritarian rule, acting as both a political enforcer and a tool of repression. The regime's fascist tendencies silenced dissent, exploited resources for personal gain, and entrenched systemic corruption, leaving a legacy of trauma and injustice that Indonesians are still grappling with today.
The revised UU TNI risks reviving this dark chapter. By expanding the military's role in civilian affairs, the law paves the way for a return to the militarism, corruption, and authoritarianism of the Suharto era. This is not just a step backward—it is a leap toward neo-fascism, where the military becomes a tool of oppression. A Dangerous Continuation of Militarism
The timing of this law is deeply alarming, given the political rise of Prabowo Subianto, a former military general with a controversial past. Prabowo, who served as a high-ranking officer under Suharto, has been implicated in numerous human rights abuses, including the kidnapping of pro-democracy activists in 1998 and atrocities in East Timor and Papua. His political ascension, now as Indonesia's president, raises serious concerns about the resurgence of militarism and authoritarianism in the country.
Prabowo's background as a military leader with close ties to the Suharto regime underscores the dangers of the revised UU TNI. His presidency, combined with the expanded powers granted to the military, creates a perfect storm for the erosion of democracy and the normalization of authoritarian practices. This law not only reflects Prabowo's militaristic vision for Indonesia but also threatens to legitimize the use of military force against civilians, activists, and political opponents. We stand in unwavering solidarity with the people of Indonesia—students, activists, human rights defenders, and civil society organizations—who have courageously opposed this law. Our voices represent the aspirations of a free and democratic Indonesia, have been ignored by a government that prioritizes militarization over the will of its people.
We Demand Immediate Action:
Repeal the Revised UU TNI Now: The Indonesian government must immediately revoke this dangerous law and halt all efforts to expand the military's role in civilian life.
Restore Civilian Control: The military must be subordinated to civilian authority, as required in any democratic society. Its role must be strictly limited to defending the nation from external threats.
End Militarization and Protect Human Rights: The Indonesian government must ensure that the revised UU TNI is not used to suppress dissent, target activists, or violate human rights.
Respect the People's Resistance: The government must listen and obey to the millions of Indonesians who have protested this law and reject any attempt to silence their voices.
Global Accountability: The international community must hold the Indonesian government accountable for the consequences of this law, including any human rights abuses or democratic backsliding.
Since this article was written, at least 19 cities have simultaneously held protest demonstrations following the enactment of the TNI Law on March 20, 2025: Jakarta, Bandung, Manado, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Padang, Pontianak, Semarang, Samarinda, Medan, Papua, Ambon, Surabaya, Malang, Lampung, Bali, Palembang, and Aceh. During these protests, there has also been excessive use of violence by the police. The targets of this violence were random, such as the general public, anarchists, students, journalists, and even online motorcycle drivers. Nearly every city that held protests experienced police violence. A news agency (TEMPO), known for its criticism of government policies and performance, was terrorized by receiving a package containing a severed pig's head.
To the International Community:
The legalization of the revised UU TNI is not just an Indonesian problem—it is a global crisis. Indonesia plays a critical role in the fight for democracy and human rights in Southeast Asia and beyond, therefore, the rise of militarism and neo-fascism in Indonesia threatens regional stability and sets a dangerous precedent for authoritarian regimes worldwide.
The people of Indonesia have fought too hard and sacrificed too much for democracy to allow their country to slide back into the militarism, corruption, and authoritarianism of the Suharto era. We cannot remain silent as neo-fascism rises in Indonesia. Together, we must resist, fight back, and stand in solidarity with the people of Indonesia.
We call on the international community to:
Condemn Indonesia's Authoritarian Turn: Publicly denounce the revised UU TNI and its threat to democracy and human rights.
Stand with Indonesian Civil Society: Support the brave activists, students, and organizations resisting militarization and fighting for democracy.
Impose Consequences: Use diplomatic, economic, and political tools to pressure the Indonesian government to repeal this law and uphold democratic principles.
Monitor and Expose Abuses: Document and expose any human rights violations or anti-democratic actions resulting from the implementation of this law.
Head over to the Indonesian embassy in your country and give them a heads-up, in whatever way you want.
We rise, not in silence, but in raging fire.
A wildfire of defiance, fueled by the love of freedom,
and the unyielding spirit of those who refuse to kneel.
This is not just a fight for Indonesia,
but a battle cry for every soul who dares to dream
of a world unchained, unbowed, unbroken.
We reject the chains of militarism,
the cold steel of authoritarianism,
and the suffocating grip of neo-fascism.
We are the voices of the oppressed,
the hands that build barricades,
the hearts that beat for anarchy—
the chaos, and the beautiful disorder of liberation.
We will not let the shadows of Suharto's regime
darken the skies of tomorrow.
We will not let Prabowo's militaristic dreams
trample the gardens of democracy.
We are the storm, the reckoning,
the ungovernable force that says:
Enough is enough.
To the tyrants, the enforcers, the architects of oppression:
Your walls will crumble,
Your laws will burn,
Your power will dissolve like ash in the wind.
For we are the people,
wild, untamed, and free.
And we will fight,
not just for Indonesia,
but for the boundless, anarchist love of freedom
that lives in us all.
In Rage and Solidarity,
Indonesia

Action Antifouchiste
Or...
- anarcho-punk net
- Pirate punk
- Quebec underground
- Forum libertaire
- Punk download
- Punks and skins
- Anarchist quotes

Action Antifouchiste
Since it seems no one knows, we're going to clear the air about the disgusting network behind @infolibertaire.net. This site literally plunders any activist content in order to aggregate maximum traffic and attract Internet users to a network set up and managed by a single guy based in Canada.
More than 30 sites make up the network founded by a certain "Anarchoi."
The most famous is the mail-order site Ni Dieu Ni Maître (Neither God Nor Master), which seems to be making huge profits.
But be careful, a portion of the profits goes to the cause. You're not buying a disgusting t-shirt, cheaply produced in appalling conditions. No, you're buying an act of solidarity! It's more than just a t-shirt; it's an act of solidarity. Each purchase raises funds to donate to the same causes you support.
Because a portion of the money is donated to an organization called No Gods No Masters (run by the same smart aleck), an organization that then donates to various causes, all in complete secrecy, of course. However... It turns out that among the funded causes are the galaxy of websites founded and still managed by Anarchoi.
A site that plunders the content of artists from independent (or not) scenes who are very popular among "young rebellious teens," who are very fond of the T-shirts sold by Ni Dieu Ni Maître.
It's the circular economy. You rake in as many visitors as possible to your sites by plundering the activist world and artists, to direct your audience to your mail-order site, which in turn finances your network infrastructure. In order to offer thousands of free downloads, the community had to find a way to cover its operating costs without resorting to advertising.
Anarchoi is famous for its toxic management of its moderation teams as well as for its legendary aggression against anyone who dares to question its disgusting practices. In short, run away from all these shitty sites. With the money it's made, this fake collective claims to host a hundred activist sites (it's false), which, according to everyone we've been able to find, at least, turn out to be the showcases of the same anarchoi. He even goes so far as to impersonate local anarchist federations.
The network includes:
- anarcho-punk net
- Pirate punk
- Quebec underground
- Libertarian forum
- Punk download
- Punks and skins
- Anarchist quotes
And a whole host of fake anarchist federation websites reproduced in dozens of languages.
We don't know if the legal structure of his network allows him to deduct donations from taxes. Or at least reduce his profits. In short, all this merits a thorough investigation. If anyone is interested, don't hesitate to contact us.

Born So don't be surprised to find anti-Semitic, transphobic, or HB content. There are zero filters, everything is automated. Anarchist politics is just his business.
The No Gods No Masters network is structured around several multilingual websites that constitute the online sales platform. Each uses the anarchist slogan "Neither God nor Master" in a different language. There are five main interconnected sites.
These sites present similar content (clothing catalog, same business model) adapted to each language, with a common promotion: "Free shipping," "ethical clothing cooperative," "each sale contributes to donations for causes," etc.
A visitor can browse in their own language without being redirected to another domain, as each version is on a dedicated domain.

There is a possibility that behind this model lies a hypothetical tax optimization scheme.
The mail-order site (NGNM) generates income through the sale of T-shirts. This income is normally taxable if declared as a commercial activity.
NGNM makes "donations" to affiliated activist organizations. → These donations are recorded as operating expenses or charitable expenses, which can potentially reduce taxable income.
The "activist" association receives the funds and uses them to finance its own projects or websites.
If the association is registered as a public interest organization in Canada, it can issue a tax receipt allowing the donor to deduct this amount from their taxes.
The money indirectly flows back into the network managed by Anarchoi. If these associations finance sites within the network, particularly by paying for hosting (Pirate-Punk, Libertaire.net, etc.), then the money circulates without actually leaving the control of the same group.
This is hypothetical, but given the opacity organized by the administrators of this galaxy of sites, anything can be expected. And it's not as if he hadn't already been singled out in the past for collecting donations to pay for the hosting and servers of these content piracy sites, while the files were stored on Megaupload or other platforms.

On dénombre cinq sites principaux interconnectés

- Quebec underground
- Libertarian forum
- Punk download
- Punks and skins

No apparent external redirection is visible to the user when ordering, but in the backend, orders are transmitted to the Spreadshirt platform.
These sites are simple showcases: they offer designs and manage the website, but they do not have their own inventory or print shop. This "zero inventory, zero waste" approach is reflected in their communications.

In concrete terms, when an order is placed on one of the sites, Spreadshirt handles it behind the scenes: Spreadshirt prints the t-shirts, delivers them to the customer, and also handles payments. 100% Dropshipping
In 2010, a t-shirt sold for $14.99 via the Pirate-Punk/No Gods No Masters store, $8.90 of which went to Spreadshirt, leaving approximately $6 net profit per t-shirt for "Anarchoi." The "cooperative" presents itself as "non-profit" and highlights its donations, but there is no clear legal status displayed (no association or cooperative number publicly declared on the website, nor any detailed financial report). It raises funds under the "non-profit" label without a legal framework: buyers might believe it's a formal obligation to donate, when in fact it's a unilateral moral commitment. In other words...
The No Gods No Masters catalog draws heavily on activist iconography, movement logos, images of activist artists or bands... A cultural "plundering" that runs counter to DIY ethics
... Widespread plundering Small distros, independent artists, etc., on illegal download platforms that serve as loss leaders for stores.
Obviously, none of the sites have legal notices, no company names, and the WHOIS is protected by anonymization services.
Mail-order sites display labels like "100% vegan - PETA Approved" on their products. It should be noted that these certifications actually come from... Spreadshirt
The reality: "Fruit of the Loom" brand T-shirts are made in Honduras...
As anarchoi puts it, "more than just a T-shirt," a well-crafted scam.
Despicable! The people who are burning the Earth have names and addresses.
Awesome! Thank you for telling me about Scribd downloader and finding the first book.
As for the Academia.edu link, it doesn’t seem like premium will provide the PDF, that’s just premium membership. The actual PDFs are governed by individual authors. Seems that author uploaded a preview of the book perhaps to indicate that they contributed to it so it counts as a citation.
The amount of days the proletariat wants to work in a week is zero, with work abolished and labor becoming life's prime want.
FYI, this is a right-wing dog whistle popularized during the COVID-19 pandemic. It's now an anti-vaxxer talking point.
Gotta tell you, I didn't think Greta would meet with the Apoists. I knew she is very cool, but now she's more left libertarian than I thought.
