Since I watched another video (https://youtu.be/Rl4myN8q_KM) on rts theory, I it keeps popping in my head that the US specs early game offense, the soviets specced defense to counter it, but China had the luxury of surviving the early zerg invade and is successfully rolling out an econ strategy.

It's obviously oversimplified, but I like the metaphor.
