I've been trying for so long to replace my T530 but there's always and issue with these new thinkpads. The 480 I bought had a cracked mother board because the chassis is so flimsy and cheap on that generation. The T15 is better in that regard but oh my lord the touchpad is unusable. The tap to click requires me to slam the thing multiple times for it to maybe click on something. Two finger scroll will zoom constantly. 3 finger gestures just won't work half the time. Thinkpads have regressed so much it's embarrassing.

I kinda have the money. Not really. Well... I'd survive til next pay. But if I wait and it goes up in price then it's gonna be harder to get one.

I'm excited for more money but can't help be a little nervous. I don't wanna burn myself out but I need the cash.

The new job is landscaping and when I was fresh out of highschool that's what I did and I loved it. But going to do that after a 16 hour shift from my current job sounds rough... I prolly just need to tough it out

My main use currently is a modded Minecraft server. But I want a VPS over one of those Minecraft host specifically because I plan on messing around with docker containers later and hosting my own Lemmy instance. Currently I have an openVZ server from TNA hosting because it was like $50 a year. But it's not powerful enough for the Minecraft modpack.

So what VPS provider would you lot recommend?

I personally never understood dropping out when something like this happeneds. Like bro now you got the money to have the degree and not worry about paying it off. Might as well have it just to have it

Okay that's an issue.

At this point it's just censorship.

Fuck America and eat the rich

If it's on epic it just isn't on PC in my eyes. Not a real game

I remember when 1 student in my class said she wasn't doing the pledge and the teacher said something along the lines of "it's a free country so you don't have to" almost no one did from that point on.

You got me so good. Been using fedora for a few years now and I've been hesitant to hop to silverblue but now, after reading your issues with it I might just have to stay away. I can't imagine a world of painless updates and rebasing smoothly. If I don't have things to troubleshoot what else am I gonna do on my PC!
