am regularly amazed that we pretend folders are the right way to organise files. They’re entirely arbitrary. Every competent file system ignores them to its best ability. Why can’t I have a file in two folders? Why does one have to be a “reference”? Why can’t I filter for files that exist in 3 folders with X extension?

this started happening a few years back i remember looking outside of my window and i saw a crow circling my house. at the time my grandpa was very sick and eventually died. but he was still alive then. anyway ever since that day no matter where i go or what time it is if i am outside i see crows flying around me literally following me. usually its a single crow. sometimes a pair. today it was several they just sit there in my line of sight or follow me. as far as i can tell nothing bad ever happens after i see them. they’re just there......

a life with no social media and phone, having more DIY, Punk, hacking style and stuff, how is that possible in current years? my ideas are having so low or no use of social media, using Linux or BSDS, having a custom rom at phone (or dumphone) and using alternative sites like image boards, IRC, old/niche forums, going to punk gigs and raves, learn music instrument, learn about cybersec, download music and movies, piracy in general, dress alt, make a personal webpage, using less javascript and using alternative's to crapitalism.

What should i write for my undergrad computer engineering dissertation? I want to write about something that will turn heads and gain recognition, not some basic bullcrap that will recieve 3 citations in my lifetime
