I don't dispute that it's your space but I do dispute the claim of ableism because you were not targeted or discriminated against for your condition, another neurodiverse person called you out for using your neurodiversity as a shield when you have ample means by which to proactively protect yourself and yet you choose not to use them so that you could have fun riling up Hexbear.

Ableism doesn't just mean using the R-word. I explained why it was ableism. You now chose to ignore this completely, which means you're just covering up for ableism and their admin to boot, which just further reinforces why hexbear has an ableism problem, which is supported by the many ND people who have expressed stress interacting inside hexbear, even ND hexbears themselves.

You're lying. They literally gaslit me and said my coping mechanism are actually a coverup for cowardice. I.e. they're goarding so that I disregard my coping mechanisms and engage in a mentally harming behaviour. You're now the 6th hexbear doubling down on ableism.

But fine, while I don't think you're planning to do anything and are just baiting me with good faith again, here's just one of the comments thread where I explicitly explained my autism coping mechanisms for a hexbear-swarmed thread like this, in good faith. This only led to gaslighting and bad faith assumptions, served with self-righteousness. Once I banned this user, at least 4 other hexbears doubled and tripled down on the same assumptions elsewhere in the thread, continuing to gaslight, goad, and just make out of whole cloth what's in my head. All of these upvoted by yet more hexbears as well.

Just in case it's still not clear:

• When a large hostile group invades the space of an autistic person and then gaslights them for the coping mechanisms they use to deal with that situation (after they explained it in good faith, no less). That's ableism.
• When an autistic person tries to disengage from a stressful situation a group put them in, and that group ridicules that act in order to goad their autistic compulsions to have them continue engaging and end up like a "lolcow" for them, that's ableism.

The fifth upvoted hexbear promoting ableism and denigrating the disengage rule. Great showing of their supposed intolerance of ableism, for sure.

And this is after I painstakingly explained to this person why this is ableist to the point where they had nothing more to say. So instead they just repeated their made-up assumptions elsewhere, going directly against what I explained I was doing, because it just wouldn't be hexbear if bad faith wasn't the modus operanti.
