I'm glad the city is at least trying to do something. I wish they would focus more on building traffic calming and separate infrastructure for cyclist and pedestrians. Rather than giving cops money and changing the speed limits.

Reasons of women safety and last mile connectivity being lacking have existed perennially. But many RWers online are raging because a foreign news outlet was able to pick apart the lies of projected ridership.

Being an Indian in an urban city, I can at least affirm that it is a failed system in many cities, seemingly just an infrastructure project for companies (and municipalities) to put on their balance sheets/report on.

No hope in the Imperial Core.... If I were to be at a no kings protest it would to be to observe your underdevelopment... The Democrats are right wing and progressives are a satellite of them. You have no real choices, you already don't own shit and it is all about managing perception. Capitalism is the comodification of the natural world... epstien this epstein that... you think ol jeff is the only one...it gets worse pffft this is the yankkkee ladder pulling way. This is who we are and we have no say in this. Protest are for goverments that listen and I observe yankkkees like a zookeeper watches over monkeys in a zoo. A nation built for cars and children behind bars... school to prision then free labor pipline. There is a reason why bad things happen. It is a business model.
