It's kind of funny how hard Wikipedia tries to weasel its way around admitting the Ukraine's Nazi ties.
It has also been frequently used as a military symbol and unofficial war flag during the Russo-Ukrainian War.[6]
It's just an unofficial war flag used for this specific conflict only!

Balan said he doesn't dispute the UPA's complicated and at times violent history and wishes that the red and black flag would not be used at rallies because it gives pro-Russian groups an opportunity to falsely describe all Ukrainians as Nazis or antisemitic.
He said he believes most who fly the flag now are likely referencing the imagery and emotions associated with Ukraine's long history of armed struggle for independence
"Yeah, it's definitely fash, but I don't think they mean it like that right now."
Bravo.
It's like saying the people who use the swastika right now are referencing it's previous meanings and not the Nazi ones. Which seems naive lol.
Ironically being a nazi is still being a nazi. It's not going to make a difference what Ukrainians' intentions are. If they wear nazi/fascist insignia, Russians will happily kill them for free.
"Heritage not hate"
This talk page about Azov is worth reading, I looked at it around the time I noticed they'd stopped calling Azov a neo-Nazi organization in the article. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Azov_Brigade/Archive_11

Radio Free Europe is considered a reliable source.
Not sure where he is, but my guess is Canada because of their special relationship.
There is a house in my town in a area that has the
+ UIA blood and soil flag. I have
thoughts every time I pass it.
"It stands for love and sorrow, like from the 12th century. Not blood and soil, like the way it was used in the 1940's. The Nazi collaboration and ethnic cleansing they did are entirely unrelated, also."

Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.
