Wenn es denn nur Süßes wäre, und sie nicht versuchen würden, ein Stück aus meinem Burger zu knabbern, mit dem sie dann kaum noch flugfähig sind... all das während ich gerade abbeiße natürlich 😄

Danke für die Anregungen. Das Nest ist schon ein paar Jahre her. Werd' vielleicht in der Zukunft mal schauen, was ich da optimieren kann.

Aber zur Zeit begnüge ich mich auf dem kleinen Balkon stattdessen mit einer gut besuchten Wand mit simplen Insektenhotels für die Einzelbrummer und Kästen im Blumenwiesen-Wildwuchs Stil.

Ist halt innerstädtisch mitten im Ruhrgebiet, da kann man keine Wunder erwarten. (Und der Einfluss auf die Umgebung ist auch gering, wenn z.B. einer der Nachbarn die hübsch verwilderte Wiese platt macht, um Solarpanele aufzustellen...)

Du benutzt Seife "trocken", ohne sie mit Wasser zu verdünnen?

(Nicht, dass ich "Auffüllen" für sinnvoll halte... aber aufschrauben, Wasser reinkippen und damit den letzten Rest rauskriegen -ja, dann braucht man kein zusätzliches Wasser mehr- klingt jetzt nicht unsinnig.)

It's worse than useless.

There is barely a lack of third party video evidence. And in cases where we don't have those, a body cam is useless... unless there is a guarantee a) they are running and b) the footage is accessible.

So handing out body cams will not help in any way. I won't be a deterrence for officers if they have control when to activate it. It will rarely produce footage incriminating officers and if it does that footage will be held back anyway.

There is however a reasonable chance to capture enough footage that can be framed (or straight out manipulated) to show those violent protesters they crave for their narrative.

Ich will wirklich nicht zynisch sein... aber:

Ist das jetzt das Eingeständnis, dass die planmäßige Einführung von US Überwachung bei der Polizei diverser Länder und auf Bundesebene und der Umzug aller wichtigen Daten in US Clouds (samt Europa-Tarnung wie Delos als MS-Zwischenhändler oder der "AWS European Sovereign Cloud" natürlich...) so erfolgreich war, dass man sich jetzt symbolisch vom in der breiten Öffentlichkeit besser bekannten Teil der Spionage befreien darf?

Politiker lassen sich aber leider weder von Studien, noch von Gehirnzellen beeinflussen, wenn es der gewünschten Ideologie (oder heutzutage auch einfach nur der neuesten Front im Kulturkampf...) entspricht.

Germany doesn't have an actual economy minister (or any other government positions for that matter), just a bunch of corrupt conservatives running the usual tax breaks for the rich and subsidies for their biggest donors scam.

Das hat ja nun gar nichts mit Biophobie oder ablehnder Haltung, unabhängig von deren Nutzen, zu tun. Arschlochwespen bleiben einfach Arschlochwespen. Sie haben keinen Nutzen, den nicht vernünftigere Verwandte ausfüllen könnten. Und wirklich absolut niemand entwickelt einen Hass auf sie, weil die positiven Erfahrungen mit Natur in der Kindheit fehlten, sondern im Gegenteil ganz konkret wegen negativer Erfahrungen mit diesen Arschlöchern.

PS: Ich wünsch mir mein Feldwespennest am Balkon zurück. In keinem anderen Jahr war es so schön friedlich und frei von deren asozialer Verwandschaft... 👍 🐝

Nein, Deutschland hat ein großes Problem mit völligem #Medienversagen, das jeder Art der Propaganda, Gehirnwäsche und Verdummung Tür und Tor öffnet.

Da knallt es ja auch auf der angeblich so gut geräumten Autoinfrastruktur massenhaft.

Wenn das das Argument ist, wir auch gleichzeitig empfohlen, das Auto stehen zu lassen, oder? Oh, dachte ich mir...

I wonder who is mainly responsible for that constant government failure...

Also: If you look at properly adjusted numbers productivity has massively increase (~+250% GDP per capita) in the last decades, while government spending, social spending, healthcare costs (equally adjusted) mostly stagnated or even went down.

So what's the problem? Oh, yeah. Taxes and other contributions are tied to stagnating wages, while all that additional money is funneled to the top <1% (and barely taxed of course).

And so they lie: about the lazy workers not doing their part anymore, about imaginary hordes of lazy unemployed refusing to work, about masses of immigrants stealing our tax money, about the greedy pensioneers (adjusted those pensions are -no wonder as they are linked to wages- stagnating, too... but generational wars are just as well as a diversion as culture wars)...

What Merz actually want to say is: We worked very hard for decades to shift all the burden to the working class and constantly reduce taxes for rich people and corporations. But now that those taxes are basically non-existent and can't be reduced anymore we need another source for "our" constant growth. So the stupid serfs should start to work harder, to pay for everything and make us more money, too.

PS: Oh, and Merz and his party took on a trillion (literally...) in new debt for "investments" into infrastructure and to support the economy. Who wants to take a guess where they spend that money instead?
