It was a very sloppy list. I searched for a few regex terms and there definitely some who only matched two nicks and were way to general for that. For example blocking every nick starting with urheber, which is German and means originator, to just match two accounts who are exactly named like that. It could also be that he put some nicks in the regex just make the block less obvious
Tbh for me it was more outrageous how it interferes with moderation. There are admins from big instances who weren’t blocked themself and mods from big active communities on that list. If they write warning comments, users of this frontend will simply not see them
And tho user and comment regex is a mess, partially containing very random things. Lot’s of possible wrong matches. This whole thing is from no viewpoint a good idea

Just tried to colorize with AI the first page of Ubunchu! manga
I used Klein9B with https://huggingface.co/thedeoxen/FLUX.2-klein-9B-manga-colorization-by-reference-LORA
Cover page as reference, but text scrapped. PSD sources were supplied, so AI got it without borders and text. Scaled down to 384×512 to run in KoboldCPP. Scaled up ×4 with upscayl, then down scaled to 1226×1635. (But could have used KoboldCPP’s built-in ESRGAN Upscale.) Exported the line-art and text with transparent background and layed it over this. Small fix in first panel because the AI generated there some text, you might notice that the gradient to her right is broken.
The line art is lacking a bit. I didn’t include the Black layer, since it would be too black otherwise. But it contains some things that should be in the Line layer.

No, we use it mostly related to authorship. The German version of copyright is basically called originator rights (Urheberrecht) and is designed to protect the rights of the original creator.
Aside from legal context it is rarely used and rather for somebody who started a riot and such
